Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms


Hasbro Pulse Premium is the status upgrade to Hasbro Pulse accounts that gives customers member-only perks and is the ultimate way for fans to connect with Hasbro Pulse!

Hasbro Pulse Premium is available to customers aged eighteen (18) years or older for a subscription fee.


The annual subscription fee for Hasbro Pulse Premium is set out on the Pulse Premium page here and will give you access to the following perks:

  • Free standard delivery on all eligible orders*
  • Early access to select product drops
  • First option to shop back in stock items
  • Member-only seasonal promotions & discounts
  • Access to exclusive Hasbro Pulse content & events
  • And other perks!

*Exclusions may apply to certain Crowdfunded Products. Please check here for any delivery exclusions.

The following are the terms and conditions (the “Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms”) for the Hasbro Pulse Premium program (the “Services”). These Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms govern your subscription to the Services.

Please note that your use of the Hasbro Pulse Site and the Services are also governed by the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. If you subscribe to the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements and agree to comply with the Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms. The Services are provided by Hasbro Promotions International B.V. (“we,” “us,” “our,” “ours” or “Hasbro”).

Please read these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms carefully before you subscribe to the Services.  If you do not agree with the Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms, please do not proceed any further and do not use the Services.

The operation of these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms may vary depending on where you reside – please ensure you carefully read the section titled “Country Specific Terms”.

These Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms are in addition to any legal rights and remedies you may have under the applicable law.

The Services are intended to be accessed and used by individuals who are at least 18 years of age.  If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Services after we receive your parent or legal guardian’s consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms and the Terms of Use. We may not permit or withdraw your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you are below 18 years of age.


Upon subscription to the Services, you will receive a confirmation email with details confirming your Hasbro Pulse Premium status.

Your subscription to the Services is effective at the time of purchase. Free standard delivery and other perks are not valid on previous orders placed before subscription with the Services.

You may be contacted via email about additional perks and incentives available with the Services. If you want to receive these updates, you must explicitly opt-in to Services marketing emails in accordance with the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. Free standard delivery under the Services includes only delivery to the countries that we deliver products to. Please check here for any delivery exclusions.

Free standard delivery may not apply to certain Crowdfunded Products. This will be included on the product page.  

Changing or combining orders (e.g. with Crowdfunded Products) that substantially increase the handling or delivery costs, or changing your delivery address, might affect your Hasbro Pulse Premium status eligibility for such order.

We may exclude products with special shipping characteristics from free standard delivery, such as oversized or fragile items.

Our Delivery & Returns applies to all returns of eligible items that were purchased using the Services.


The Services are available to you for an annual subscription fee (inclusive of VAT). Please check the Pulse Premium page here for the current subscription fee.

We may change the annual subscription fee at any time but changes will apply only to new and renewal customers. The fee is not refundable, except as expressly set forth in these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms.


The initial term of the Services shall commence on the date of purchase of the Services and shall continue for the term stated in your confirmation email. You may confirm your term dates by contacting Customer Service here. The annual subscription fee will be charged to your payment method used at checkout.

The Services will not auto-renew. If you want to continue using the Services after the end of the term, you will need to subscribe again. Please contact Customer Service here to renew your subscription.


You can contact Customer Service if you want to unsubscribe from the Services. Please see your rights and options below.

  1. Your statutory right to withdraw


You can change your mind and have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the day on which the contract was concluded without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us explicitly of your decision to withdraw from this contract by letter, e-mail or phoning us through Customer Service.

You can use the model withdrawal form as set out at the end of these instructions if you wish to withdraw in writing, but it is not mandatory. You can also inform us by contacting Customer Service here. In case you use Customer Service, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such cancellation without undue delay (e.g. by e-mail).

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal (e.g. by letter) before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay the subscription fee to you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

If you have requested that the Services commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the Services already provided to you.

  1. Your right to unsubscribe after 30 days

If you wish to unsubscribe from the Services after 30 calendar days of your purchase, we will only refund the standard annual subscription fee if you have not made any purchases with your account. Once a purchase has been made and free standard delivery has been used as a result of using the Services, you will not be refunded the standard annual subscription fee and your subscription will automatically terminate by the end of the term. You can of course continue to use the Services until the end of the subscription period.


The Services are intended for personal use only, not for resale. Your subscription and participation may be revoked at any time if abuse or misconduct is found. We may also terminate the Services for reasons related to conduct that materially violates these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms or the Terms of Use or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Services is harmful to our interests or other users.


You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms or the Services, including any promotional codes, to another person if we agree to this.

We do not sell to trade or business customers, such as entrepreneurs, sole traders, partnerships, companies, bodies corporate, corporations sole or aggregate or other legal entities. You are not permitted to use the Services to purchase for resale, rental, or to deliver to your customers or potential customers. If you wish to access or purchase the Services as a trade or business customer please contact Customer Service.

From time to time, Hasbro may choose to add, remove or change the Services as well as the terms of these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms at any time, with prior reasonable notice, for example:

  • for legal or regulatory reasons; for security reasons;
  • to address a security threat, which will not affect your use of the Services;
  • to enhance existing features or add additional features to the Services;
  • to reflect advancements in technology;
  • to make reasonable technical adjustments to the Services; and/or
  • to ensure the ongoing operability of the Service or similar reasons which will not affect your use of the Services.

If we make material changes to these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms (for example, in case of any legal or regulatory changes affecting our business or any changes to our business or any Services), we will provide you with additional notice of such changes by sending you an email at the last email address you provided to us and by prominently posting notice of the changes on our site. You may then contact us to terminate your subscription with us before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any Services paid for but not received. By continuing to access or use the Services, without having informed us about your decision to end your contract with us before such proposed changes take effect,  you confirm your acceptance of the revised Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms and all of the terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to the revised Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms, you must unsubscribe from the Services. We encourage you to review these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms from time to time to ensure you are familiar with the most recent version.

If a court invalidates any provision or part of a provision of these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands (with the exception subject to the exclusion of its conflict of law provisions), and the application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in the EU, you additionally enjoy the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam (the Netherlands) which means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms in the courts of Amsterdam (the Netherlands) or in courts of the EU country in which you live.

The European Commission provides for an online dispute resolution platform, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in alternative consumer dispute resolution proceedings.

This Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms - Germany Annex (“HPPGA”) amends the Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms in respect of Hasbro’s customers based in Germany. If you are a consumer residing in Germany, please review the HPPGA in addition to these Hasbro Pulse Premium Terms.
