Who can shop at the Hasbro Pulse booth?
- The only way to shop our booth Wednesday – Friday is to have a barcode either from the SDCC lottery or from our Hasbro Pulse Premium Member member-only reservation system (NOW CLOSED).
- Starting Saturday morning, we will open our booth to all attendees on a first come, first served basis. All product purchase limits will remain in place throughout the convention.
Where is the Hasbro Pulse booth?
- The Hasbro Pulse Booth is #3329 inside the San Diego Convention Center. We are near Lobby D behind the Hasbro booth.
I have a barcode – what do I do?
- Please arrive at the booth on or after your assigned day and time slot as noted on your ticket.
- Example: If you have a barcode for Friday from 12-2pm, don’t show up on Thursday morning at 10am asking to get in. If you can’t get there until Friday at 4pm – it’s totally fine.
- Go to the end of the ADA or the main Lottery line as appropriate.
- When you reach check-in, present your barcode via smart phone or printout to a Hasbro Pulse team member to be scanned.
- Take a product list & pen and mark off the items you want to purchase before you get to the cashier desk. If you get to the cashier desk and have NO IDEA what we sell or what you want, you will not be popular. Don’t be THAT FAN!

- You must present a paid SDCC badge at the time of purchase (free child badges are not valid).
- All badges will be marked to indicate what exclusive products you purchase.
- ADA companions are not eligible to purchase unless they too have a barcode as well.
- Barcodes do not guarantee product availability; our exclusives are awesome, and they do sell out.
- Barcodes are one-time use.
- We know you want pristine packaging; however, we reserve the right to limit the number of packages you review.
- Be patient and kind – we’re going as fast as we (and our Wi-Fi connection) possibly can!
